Items that are large or heavy ship with a freight carrier. When your order is ready, the carrier contacts you to set up a delivery time. Delivery times are usually within a 4-hour window Monday-Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
Currently, we have three types of freight delivery: Threshold, Commercial and White Glove.
Threshold: The carrier contacts you to set up a delivery time. The items are delivered to the first dry area available. For example, your front entryway or garage.
Commercial: The carrier contacts you to set up a delivery time. The items are delivered to a commercial business with access to a loading dock. The member needs to unload the truck.
White Glove: Carrier offering differs by product but can include services such as delivery, installation within the home, and removal of old product. Details about a specific product can be found on the product page.
Some carriers offer additional services. These services may require payment and are paid directly to the carrier.
