I LOVE this table and the matching benches! They’re not pressed board–they’re solid wood construction and quite sturdy. We were so impressed when we opened the box–even better than we imagined! A few of the images make the color look a little orange—but they’re not at all. They’re a true brown, with a rustic look. This set is perfect in our basement family room. we use it as a game table, so it’s definitely a multi-purpose table. We LOVE it!! I’m an influencer for Better Homes

Perfect- sturdy, much darker than photo

Bought 2 of these to go with the matching table. As other reviewers said, it’s so much darker than the stock photos (in a good way). It’s more a medium brown. Natural nooks in it that makes it look expensive. Draped a faux fur rug on it. This compares to the parsons Pier 1 truffle grey table and benches. But I cancelled that order for 3x the price and went with this set after seeing it in a friends apt.

Great, great, great!!! It is extremely heavy and sturdy. I can’t believe it’s real wood because of the price. It’s perfect for our smaller dining area. It arrived 2 weeks before the arrival date.

I love it! But slight defects!

I purchased two of these benches to go with the maching dining table. Shipping was good and both boxes came undamaged. Assembly is extremely easy and the rustic finish of the wood is just absolutely beautiful. However, I had to knock off a couple stars because one of the benches we received was a defect. One of the sides had a hollow hole so we weren’t able to screw in one of the bolts of one of the legs. The bench is still usable so I decided not to go through the trouble of disassmbling, repackaging and returning. Also, the benches came with a lot of unnatural chips and scratches but again, did not want to go through the trouble of getting a replacement. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

The color was not rustic brown . It looked more a chocolate. Thought they send me the espresso but it was lighter than that.
