There was a piece broken in the box as soon as I opened it for the first time. I called customer service as soon as I opened the box and saw the broken piece. They put in a request to the manufacturer to send new pieces. Well it has been over a week and I haven’t heard anything from the manufacturer or hayneedle.com.
