Such a low quality product that looks quite nice. This is the definition of "form over function". I bought this because it was made out of "wood" according to item descriotion but its made mostly of low quality pressboard. So after having it for less than a year I need to replace it because it is completely fallinh apart. The locking nuts that keep it all together will actually start breaking through the chair backs. By this I do not mean its being pulled through from overtightening… I mean its breaking through the side from a 3 year old sitting on it… The tabletop cannot get liquids on it… And if you do be sure to clean it and dry it asap or the top bubbles up within minutes… Our tabletop was in complete ruin after just 2 weeks and we were always hovering to try to keep it clean after we noticed the first small bubble form… After 2 weeks it just kept happening… We could be around our child 100% of the time when he was using the table… Buy plastic or REAL wood. At least with plastic it will be durable even if its not as "pretty" but at least it will be useable. This is a great tabke set if your making a display. If your buying a set for kids to use, well, buy something else. I’m shocked (and a little disgusted) that this has such a high rating considering 100+ reviews… Makes me think most are fake as this product is junk for the cost and its not made out of much wood at all. When I bought it was listed as 100% solid wood. Its updated now at least.
