This was very easy to set up. Had no issues whatsoever. Set up the IPad and Smartphone also without problem. All together took about 15 minutes. For the price and for what we need as a personal printer, this was perfect. Would definitely recommend this printer!

I have had more printers that I dare say, that would give you my age. I love this Canon TR4522 very much for the price you cannot go wrong. I tried every function, and they all work great. I am also a knowledgeable tech savvy person. will tell you my age I am a 70-year-old male. I would encourage anyone not to be afraid to purchase this printer or any printer that Canon.

Great Printer!

After reading the reviews I was very skeptical about the product, but the price was great! I set up the printer but didn’t feel like having to deal with setting up the wireless printing so I attached a USB printer cable (which was not included) and it worked perfectly! It even worked with the automatic double-sided printing. The printer itself does feel pretty cheap, but what can you expect for the price. As long as it works! I recommend for anyone looking for a cheap printer to get the job done!

A Great Printer

I have not owned this printer for long, only a couple of days. The cost is reasonable, and the printer can also fax if I should never need that later on. It’s wireless, and took my computer a total of 25 minutes to install drivers, and connect to the house network. It’s printing ability is equal to that of Epson printers, it does seem to print small. However, this will mainly be used for scanning and printing documents for school, not photo printing. Also, it does take up a bit more desk space than the Epson I had before, and the paper loading in the front of the printer doesn’t help either, if limited desk is a issue for others. Lastly, the screen could have been a bit bigger, and easier to read.

Does a nice job. Considering it was inexpensive, what do you expect? It does a decent job and picture quality is excellent. I only had one problem, Zero instructions came with machine for faxing. What side down, up, whatever. Otherwise machine was alright.

Frustrated & Wasting Paper

I bought this yesterday specifically for the automatic duplex printing. However, I’ve spent the past hour trying to get it to work without success. It prints the first side, pulls the paper back in, but then pushes it back out without flipping it and begins printing the 2nd page on the rollers. I’ve read the manual, checked all the settings, and tried different weight papers, all to no avail. What use is a wireless printer if I’m going to have to sit and feed the paper in to it so that it’ll print correctly? I will be returning this and looking at other brands.

Spent 4 hours would not install. Do not buy this.

I spent 4 hours trying to install this printer and it would not install. I followed instructions. Tried to install on 2 different laptops and a cell phone. Would not install with the supplied disc either. Would not install via their web-site either. Took it back for refund. Do not buy this printer.

Buy a Better Printer to Start With

We bought this printer to replace a cheaper Canon printer, whose paper feed mechanism had a psychotic episode. It worked great, if the learning curve was steep, for about a week. Then, after a paper jam (for no apparent reason; we are tech-savvy here), it started printing things that were unreadable. Running the alignment protocol, I kept hitting a “5100” error, which turns out to mean “hardware problem.” The tech people were very kind, and are sending me a replacement plus a box to return the printer. So: Customer Service 10, Product Quality 0. Sad, because the features are so cool. If only it worked.

Only had it 2 months and alrwady stopped working. Keeps giving me an error code and wont go away. I have looked up every possible way to clear it and it still doesnt work. WASTE OF MONEY
