Chili’s New Chicken Parm Big Crispy Sandwich

The new sandwich features a Big Crispy chicken breast filet, Fried Mozzarella, and marinara sauce, served on a toasted bun. The sandwich is served with fries, white cheddar mac & cheese, and sides of marinara and house-made ranch.

Ahead of a national launch on October 20, 2026, Chili’s has already launched the Chicken Parm Big Crispy early in three cities: Florence, KY; Rome, GA; and Venice, FL. The idea is that chicken parmesan is an Italian-American dish, and those three cities sound “pretty Italian.”
