Pollo Asado is back at Chipotle for a limited time with a new recipe. It’s joined by new Chili Lime Chips, which are inspired by a viral fan trend of pairing seasoned chips (like Doritos) with Chipotle orders for things like making a walking taco, for dipping, and the like.

The new recipe Pollo Asado features grilled adobo chicken seasoned with garlic, Mexican spices, and cilantro, finished with citrus and lime.

The Chili Lime Chips are tortilla chips tossed in a chili lime seasoning.

Pollo Asado is available now in the US and Canada, while Chili Lime Chips are available now exclusively to Chipotle Rewards members ahead of a national launch on Friday, September 4, 2026.

As a promotion for the limited-time chicken dish, Chipotle is offering a $0 delivery fee on Pollo Asado orders placed through the Chipotle app, Chipotle.com, or Chipotle.ca now through September 13, 2026.
