Cracker Barrel’s Campfire Meals are back for summer 2026 at the chain’s locations nationwide. They’re joined by a seasonal selection of campfire-inspired desserts, summery drinks, and Americana-inspired treats (to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary).

Here’s what Cracker Barrel’s limited-time summer lineup looks like:

– Campfire Chicken (pictured) – A marinated half-chicken seasoned with campfire spices, sealed in foil and slow-cooked with sweet corn on the cob, red skin potatoes, carrots, grape tomatoes, and onions in a buttery broth.

– Campfire Beef – Beef seasoned with campfire spices, sealed in foil and braised with sweet corn on the cob, red skin potatoes, carrots, grape tomatoes, and onions in a buttery broth.

– New Campfire Breakfast Skillet – Bacon, smoked sausage, roasted red peppers and onions, topped with Colby cheese and served over three scrambled eggs. It’s then all seasoned with campfire spices. The dish is served over new Country Homestyle Potatoes (also seasoned with campfire spices) and comes with warm buttermilk biscuits.

– S’mores Brownie Skillet – A chocolate brownie on a bed of crumbled graham crackers, topped with a roasted marshmallow and a melting Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bar, and paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce.

– Cinnamon Roll Skillet – Warm, fresh-baked mini cinnamon rolls with a gooey cinnamon filling, topped with cream cheese icing.

– S’mores Latte – Steamed milk, chocolate sauce, and espresso, topped with whipped cream, a drizzle of marshmallow sauce, and graham cracker crumble. The drink is available iced or hot.

– Watermelon Lemonade – Lemonade mixed with watermelon puree.

– Watermelon Mimosa – Sparkling wine mixed with watermelon puree.

– All-American Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake – Warm double chocolate fudge Coca-Cola cake and vanilla ice cream, topped with red, white, and blue sprinkles and a cherry.

– Cherry Coke Float – Cherry Coca-Cola and two scoops of vanilla ice cream, topped with a cherry.

– All-American Kids Sundae – A scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, red, white & blue sprinkles, and a cherry.
