Quick Use Guide

1. Put the display screen on the inner sides of your wrist and wrap the wrist band well
2. The device should be 10mm to 15mm distance from your palm (about 1 finger width)
3. Make sure you keep the device at the level of your heart when you start to measure
4. The measurement results will be displayed on the display
