Walmart just launched their free layaway and you can get started in store today! Walmart layaway will run from now through December 11, 2017 (excluding one day, Thanksgiving, November 23rd). Those interested in putting holiday items on layaway will be happy to know that there is no opening fee. All you have to do is open an account at your local Walmart’s Pickup Desk and put a small down-payment of $10 or 10% (whichever is greater).
