Pros; Very good transfer speed for an external drive with large capacity and is big enough to have everything in one place without have to carry a bunch of drives around. Has a nice outer case with lots of vent holes to help with convection Cooling. Cons; At current pricing for drives it looks to be on par but, I think it should be in the 150-175 range. The other thing is that the drive is new to me and for such a large capacity I’m not sure of long term reliability.
