I bought the T7i for myself for Christmas. I have been researching cameras for months before making my decision. I use the camera for stills of products and of my family and I will use it for my YouTube videos. I have gotten complaints in the past about my sound quality on some of my videos and my old camera did not have microphone input so that was a must for me. 3. Fast clear auto focus. I love the new processor and very fast and accurate auto focus. 4. Bluetooth phone control. I love this feature for when taking pics of groups. You can see what the camera sees to make adjustments as well as control the camera. 5. Light weight and compact for the features you get. 6. DSLR, I like that it is a DSLR, my old camera was a point and shoot so I love switching to the 55mm and taking crisp clear stills with blurred backgrounds. 7. flip out screen. I need the flipout screen especially for some of my video angles and the fact that is a touch screen that auto focuses wherever you touch on the screen was a bounus. 8. Tracking for auto focusing in on moving objects 9. Love the bluetooth photo transfer to phone 10. I love the way the camera looks and i lov the Sony carrying bag, I bought mine separately but it is very rugged and the perfect size, not too big and not too small. Perfect I got the Canon DSLR 100SX CAMERA BAG, it was VERY hard to find I only found one and it was in Canada … but I love it.
