II’m an active hiker. I’ve been purchasing the FirstAscent line for a while now; I love the quality, price point and make. This jacket is my latest. I just wore it for hiking this past weekend at Bandelier National Monument in New Mexico. It is comfortable and easy to pack. It has the right amount of insulation for a cool day. I’m between size M and L in general, tried both and went with the little more snug fit of the M size.
