M8S Plus S2 supports DVB S / S2 / S2X, a good choice for searching for satellite channels. Like an android tv box, it can connect with wifi to search IPTV channels and watch movies on Youtube, Redbull TV and many other applications that you can download from Google Play Store. It is even a game box, connected to a wired controller, along with enjoying your game time.
The Mecool M8S Plus S2 includes the AMlogic S905X2 SoC a Quad Core that integrates a powerful Mali-G31 MP2 GPU, as a novelty in video playback we have a new VPU that integrates specific hardware to encode and decode codecs h.265 and VP9. We have 2 GB of DDR3 RAM and 16GB of eMMc storage memory on the board. As you can see, it does not have a microSD card reader to expand the internal memory, but fortunately, it has at least two USB ports.
The Mecool M8S Plus S2 TV-Box includes only WiFi b/g/n for wireless connectivity. The connectors included in the plastic box are a USB 2.0 port, another USB 3.0, analog audio and video port, a 10/100 Ethernet connector and an HDMI 2.1 video output with 4K @ 60fps support with dynamic HDR.
