We have made the decision to temporarily close our online and brick-and-mortar stores through March 29.
As we continue to reassess the situation, we’ll inform you of updates as soon as possible. To be notified when the online store is re-opened, sign up for our emails.
We ask for your understanding during this time regarding orders you may have placed that have not yet been fulfilled. Our customer care team will be sending out update emails in the next few days regarding order status and can be reached at customercare.victoriassecret.com
Our thoughts remain with you and your families during this unprecedented time. Stay well, and we look forward to opening our doors and our site again soon.
