The new beverage lineup includes popular inclusions such as cold foam, freeze-dried fruit, and popping boba. At launch, there are six drinks, including:

– Strawberry Watermelon Refresher – Lemonade with strawberry and watermelon flavors, plus freeze-dried strawberries.

– Mango Pineapple Refresher – Lemonade mixed with mango flavor, pineapple flavor, and strawberry popping boba.

– Blackberry Passion Fruit Refresher – Lemonade mixed with blackberry flavor, passion fruilt flavor, and freeze-dried dragon fruit.

– Sprite Berry Blast – Sprite mixed with blue raspberry syrup, topped with cold foam.

– Orange Dream – Hi-C Orange Lavaburst mixed with vanilla syrup, topped with cold foam.

– Dirty Dr Pepper – Dr Pepper mixed with vanilla syrup, topped with cold foam.

Similar to other chains, McDonald’s Refreshers are caffeinated with green coffee extract.

Prices vary, but a medium-sized Refresher costs $3.99 at my local McDonald’s here in Los Angeles, while the same-sized crafted soda costs $3.79. For comparison, a medium fountain soda costs $2.49.
